Progress Assurance Guarantee - Terms and Conditions

The Progress Assurance Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is designed to ensure that clients benefit from the coaching services provided. By enrolling in the coaching program, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Progress Assurance Guarantee

To qualify for the Progress Assurance Guarantee, clients must meet the following criteria:

  • Active Participation: Clients must attend and participate in all scheduled coaching sessions. Missing or rescheduling more than one session without prior notice or approval may result in ineligibility.

  • Completion of Assignments: Clients are required to complete all assignments, exercises, and tasks assigned during coaching sessions. Failure to do so may disqualify the client from the Guarantee.

  • Implementation of Strategies: Clients must actively apply the strategies, tools, and resources provided during coaching sessions in their personal or professional lives.

2. Defined Milestones for Success

  • Establishing Milestones: At the beginning of the coaching relationship, clear and measurable milestones will be established based on the client’s personal or professional goals. These milestones will serve as benchmarks for assessing progress.

  • Review of Progress: Progress toward these milestones will be reviewed regularly throughout the coaching process.

3. Activation of the Progress Assurance Guarantee

To activate the Progress Assurance Guarantee, clients must meet the following conditions:

  1. Request for Extended Support: The client must submit a formal written request within seven (7) days of completing the final session, explaining why they believe they have not achieved significant progress in meeting the agreed-upon milestones.

  2. Documentation of Effort: The client may be required to provide documentation or evidence of active participation throughout the program (e.g., completed exercises, implementation of strategies).

  3. Approval Process: Upon receiving the request, the coaching program will review the submission and assess whether the client has fulfilled the active participation requirements. If deemed eligible, extended coaching sessions will be granted.

4. Extended Coaching Support

  • If approved, the client will receive up to eight (8) additional weeks of coaching at no extra cost.

  • The extended sessions must be completed within three (3) months from the date of approval.

  • Extended sessions are available on the condition that the client continues to engage fully in the coaching process, completes assignments, and applies the strategies discussed.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

The Progress Assurance Guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Engagement: If the client fails to actively engage in the coaching process, including missing sessions without proper communication or failing to complete assignments.

  • Failure to Apply Strategies: If the client does not apply the strategies provided during coaching sessions, the Guarantee may not be activated.

  • Program Withdrawal: Clients who withdraw from the program before completion or fail to fulfill the commitment to the coaching process are not eligible for the Guarantee.

  • Results Disclaimer: The Guarantee does not guarantee specific results. While coaching provides tools and strategies, the client’s personal effort and commitment to the process are critical to achieving progress.

6. Modifications to the Guarantee

The Progress Assurance Guarantee may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of the coach. Any changes will not affect clients who are already enrolled and have received approval for the Guarantee.

7. General Terms

  • The client agrees to uphold all other terms of the coaching agreement, including confidentiality and conduct during sessions.

  • This Guarantee is not transferable and is only valid for the individual enrolled in the coaching program.

  • By enrolling in the coaching program, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
